Our Values

Simply Teaching the Bible. We place great emphasis on the exposition of Scripture by teaching the entire Bible verse-by-verse and chapter-by-chapter.

Christ-Centred Worship. We recognize that true worship exalts Christ, is for His glory, and must be undertaken in Spirit and in Truth.

God’s Grace & Love. Grace has been defined as the unmerited favour and mercy of God, bestowed on undeserving people. God extends His grace to us as an act of love, according to His own free will. Our fellowship, therefore, is rooted in His love and reflects His grace. Love is why we gather together and is our ultimate act of worship.

Servant Leadership. It is our conviction that those whom Christ calls as leaders in the church must be marked by a willingness to diligently serve the body. “The Son of Man came not to be served, but to serve […]” Pastors should model this servant’s heart for the rest of the body.

Equipping the Saints. Ephesians 4 teaches that the role of church leadership is to “equip the saints for the work of ministry.” We strive to disciple all believers in recognizing their own calling and spiritual gifts and to equip them to proclaim and live out the gospel to the world around them.

Evangelism. The Church was born in revival and continues to exist as a result of the preaching of the gospel. We are compelled to proclaim the good news in our local communities and to the ends of the earth.

Baptism of the Holy Spirit.  The promise of this power is a gift for every believer. Distinct from the work of salvation, the baptism of the Holy Spirit enables an overflowing and empowered Christian life through a surrendered will in the life of a believer in Jesus.
